We are always available to answer any questions or concerns!
If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase
please contact us right away.
We can accept a return within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or credit
The device must be packaged the same way it was initially received with
All originally included items. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products
That have been disassembled, modified, or mishandled.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.

For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 10 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
